Instructions
Preparation: Ensure the turnip cake is refrigerated before frying to keep it solid.
Heat the Pan: Heat up a pan with oil on high heat for a few minutes.
Pan Fry the Turnip Cake: Pan fry the turnip cake slices for about 4 to 7 minutes per side until they're golden brown. Optionally, use chopsticks to pan fry literally every side, including the really thin edges.
