Ingredients

  4. lemon - 1 (zest and juice)
  5. heavy cream - 1/3 cup
  6. spaghetti - 1/2 pound

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Start by dropping your pasta in salted boiling water.
  2. Prepare Sauce Base: Heat up a little bit of olive oil and butter in a pan. Then add your sliced garlic as well as your lemon zest and cook it down for a few minutes.
  3. Add Cream and Lemon Juice: Add cream and lemon juice to the pan. Reduce that down for a few minutes.
  4. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add in your slightly undercooked pasta as well as some pasta water and finish cooking it in the pan.
