Ingredients

  1. yogurt - 1 kilo
  2. starch - 1 tablespoon (a large pyramidal tablespoon)
  3. pasta - 1 cup and a little more (preferably small-sized)
  4. garlic - 4 cloves (pounded)
  5. coriander - 1/4 bunch (chopped)
  6. butter - to taste
  7. salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the yogurt mixture: Whisk together the yogurt, starch, and optionally a bit of water until smooth.
  2. Cook the pasta: Boil the pasta in water until al dente, then drain.
  3. Prepare the garlic and coriander: Fry the garlic and coriander in a little butter until fragrant.
  4. Combine and finish the soup: Add the cooked pasta to the yogurt mixture and bring to a boil to thicken. Then add the fried garlic and coriander, adjust the seasoning with salt, and serve hot.
