pasta - 1 cup and a little more (preferably small-sized)
garlic - 4 cloves (pounded)
coriander - 1/4 bunch (chopped)
butter - to taste

Instructions
Prepare the yogurt mixture: Whisk together the yogurt, starch, and optionally a bit of water until smooth.
Cook the pasta: Boil the pasta in water until al dente, then drain.
Prepare the garlic and coriander: Fry the garlic and coriander in a little butter until fragrant.
Combine and finish the soup: Add the cooked pasta to the yogurt mixture and bring to a boil to thicken. Then add the fried garlic and coriander, adjust the seasoning with salt, and serve hot.
