lemon juice - 3 lemons (optionally, from 3 lemons)
salt - to taste
bukovo - to taste (for serving, optionally)
freshly ground pepper - to taste (for serving)
Instructions
Prepare the broth: In a pot with boiling water, add the vegetable cube and a little salt.
Cook the vermicelli: Add the vermicelli to the broth and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Mix tahini and lemon: In a bowl, combine the zest and juice of the lemons with the tahini. Gradually add a ladle of the boiling water from the pot to the tahini mixture, mixing well to dissolve the tahini.
Combine and serve: Add the tahini mixture to the pot. Boil for 1 to 2 more minutes, then serve with bukovo and freshly ground pepper.
