Instructions
Prepare Ingredients: Remove as much white part from the orange peels as possible to avoid bitterness. Split open a vanilla bean.
Combine Ingredients in Whipper: Place the orange peels and vanilla bean into an ISI whipper. Add 0.5 liter of vodka.
Infuse with Nitrous: Secure the whipper's lid. Use three nitrous charges consecutively to infuse the vodka, speeding up the infusion process.
Let Sit and Release Gas: Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse fully. Then, carefully release all the gas from the whipper.
Store for Later Use: Transfer the infused vodka back into a bottle for storage. Use in cocktails as desired.
