  3. garlic - 2/3 clove (grated with microplane, about two-thirds of a clove)

  5. black pepper - watch the video to see (freshly ground, a couple of twists)
  6. vinegar - watch the video to see (use good quality vinegar, ratio 1 part vinegar to 3 parts oil)
  7. olive oil - watch the video to see (ratio 3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar)
  8. lemon juice - watch the video to see (a touch for freshness)

Instructions

  1. Prepare parsley: Finely chop fresh parsley and place it into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add chili: Julienne the red chili, then dice it finely and add to the bowl.
  3. Add garlic: Grate two-thirds of a garlic clove using a microplane and add to the bowl.
  4. Season: Add a little salt and a couple of twists of freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Add liquids: Add vinegar and olive oil in a ratio of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts oil.
  6. Add lemon and oregano: Add a touch of lemon juice for freshness and a slight sprinkling of oregano.
