Ingredients

  1. butter - 200g (unsalted)
  2. shallots - 100g (sliced)
  3. kapers - 1 tbsp
  4. sage - 4 (leaves)
  5. basil - 4 (leaves)
  6. parsley - watch the video to see (a good handful)
  7. tarragon - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  8. anchovy fillets - 4-5
  9. egg yolks - 2
  10. dijon mustard - 1/2 tbsp
  11. worcestershire sauce - 1-2 tbsp
  12. lemon juice - 1/2 dl
  13. walnuts - 4-5
  14. nutmeg - 1 tsp
  15. black pepper - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Combine butter, shallots, black pepper, and nutmeg in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes at 140 degrees Celsius.
  2. Blend Herbs and Seasonings: In a container, blend all herbs, lemon juice, capers, anchovies, walnuts, and Worcestershire sauce until fine.
  3. Add Egg Yolks and Mustard: To the herb mixture, add egg yolks and Dijon mustard and continue to blend.
  4. Combine with Butter Mixture: Pour the melted butter and cooked shallots into the herb mixture and blend until smooth.
  5. Finalize Sauce: Transfer the sauce to a baking dish and let it separate slightly in the air fryer at 160 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes.
