  4. shallot - 1 (1 medium, finely sliced)
  5. cornichons - to taste (chopped, to taste)
  6. capers - to taste (to taste)
  7. fresh horseradish - to taste (to taste)
  8. lemon - to taste (juice and zest, to taste)
  9. tarragon - to taste (finely chopped, to taste)
  10. parsley - to taste (finely chopped, to taste)
  11. cod - 1 piece (1 piece, seasoned and cooked)

Instructions

  1. Reduce Wine and Vinegar: Combine white wine, vinegar, and shallot in a pan. Reduce until almost dry.
