Ingredients

  1. tamarind puree - 3/4 cup
  2. spicy jaggery - 2 tbsp
  3. pani puri masala or chaat masala - 1 tsp
  4. ground cumin - 1 tsp
  5. hing (asafoetida) - 1/5 tsp
  6. ground black pepper - 1 tsp
  7. salt - 1 tsp
  8. boondi - a handful (for garnish)
  9. water - 300ml
  10. ice - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: Combine everything except the boondi in a blender with 300ml of water and blend until smooth.
  2. Finish and Serve: Transfer the sauce to a bowl with 1 cup of ice, then garnish with the boondi.
