Instructions

  1. Prep Red Onion: Mince the red onion and soak it in water for a few minutes to remove some of the harshness, then strain.
  2. Slice Lemon: Slice the lemon as thinly as possible using a mandolin if available.
  3. Prepare Aroma Oil: Grate one clove of garlic and mix it with 1-1.5 tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl.
  4. Cook Noodles: Follow the instructions on the Sapporo Ichiban Shio Ramen package to cook the noodles. Typically, this involves boiling 500 milliliters (about 2 cups) of water and cooking the noodles for three minutes.
  5. Assemble Ramen: Pour the water used to cook the noodles into the bowl with the garlic and olive oil mixture, adding the soup packet from the ramen package. Mix well to combine.
