Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash and drain okra. Crush garlic with a little salt. Chop green coriander and onion.
  2. Cook Onion: In a pot, heat vegetable oil and fry the onion until it becomes transparent.
  3. Add Okra: Add the okra to the pot, stir, cover, and cook, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add Garlic and Coriander: Once okra is cooked, add the garlic and coriander mixture on top, and cook uncovered.
  5. Finish with Lemon Juice: Add lemon juice, stir, and turn off the heat. The dish is ready to be served cold.
