Instructions
Prepare Garlic Paste: Chop and press garlic with kosher salt until it forms a paste.
Make Caesar Dressing: Combine garlic paste, anchovies, egg yolk, and a pinch of salt. Slowly add olive oil while whisking constantly until the mixture emulsifies.
Prepare Croutons: Cut bread into cubes and bake or fry until crispy.
