Instructions

  1. Cook pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.
  2. Prepare croutons: Cut baguette or ciabatta into cubes. Toast or fry until golden and crunchy. Set aside.
  3. Make Caesar dressing: In a bowl or using an immersion blender or food processor, combine anchovy fillets (if using), minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise or egg yolks, and grated Parmesan cheese.
