Ingredients

  1. Chickpeas (soaked) - ½ cup (½ cup)
  2. Prepared Koliwada masala - 2 tbsp (2 tbsp)
  3. Curd, beaten - 2 heaped tbsp (2 heaped tbsp)
  4. Rice flour - 2 tbsp (2 tbsp)
  5. Salt - to taste (to taste)
  6. Water - little (little)
  7. Oil - for frying (for frying)
  8. Garlic cloves with skin - 10-12 (10-12)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chickpea Mixture: Mix chickpeas with Koliwada masala, curd, rice flour, salt, and a little water.
  2. Fry Garlic: Fry garlic cloves in hot oil until golden, then remove.
  3. Fry Chickpeas: Fry the chickpea mixture in the same oil until golden.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with onion rings, lemon wedge, green chili, coriander sprig, and sprinkle some Koliwada masala. Serve hot with green chutney.
