Ingredients
- gin - 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) (dry gin, preferably French)
- Suze - 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) (herbal liqueur)
- Yellow Chartreuse - 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) (herbal liqueur with honeyed notes)
- lemon juice - 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) (freshly squeezed)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Measure out equal parts of gin, Suze, Yellow Chartreuse, and lemon juice.
- Shake: Add plenty of ice to a shaker and shake well.
- Strain: Double strain into a chilled glass.
- Garnish: Garnish with expressed lemon peel.
