Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O: Salt the green Jell-O powder and dissolve it in boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
  2. Add Cold Water and Vinegar: Add cold water and vinegar to the dissolved Jell-O mixture and stir well.
  3. Chill Jell-O Mixture: Place the Jell-O mixture in the fridge to set up slightly.
  4. Prepare Ingredients: Chop celery into half moons, cube the washed cucumber, slice pimento stuffed olives into rounds, and drain the tuna.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Once the Jell-O is partially set, add the chopped celery, cucumber, olives, and tuna into the mixture and stir gently.
  6. Mold and Chill: Pour the mixture into a greased mold and refrigerate for about 4 hours until fully set.
  7. Unmold and Garnish: Carefully unmold the Jell-O salad onto a plate and garnish with sliced radish for color contrast.
