Instructions
Cook Garlic: In a wok with oil, cook chopped garlic until fragrant but not burnt.
Add Rice and Tomato Puree: Add rice early on, followed by tomato puree. Mix well to distribute the puree evenly.
Season and Finish: Add a bit more oil if needed to prevent sticking, then season with chicken bouillon and a pinch of salt. Finish by stirring in butter.
