olive oil - to taste (extra virgin, Greek preferred)
dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
baking powder - 1 teaspoon
whole milk - 100g
grated cheese mix - 150g
salt - to taste
pepper - to taste
Instructions
Prepare the vegetables and ham: Cut the peppers into strips and put them in a pan on high heat with olive oil. Add salt and pepper and sauté. Cut the ham and Arabic pie into thin strips.
Mix eggs and seasonings: In a bowl, break the eggs and add salt, pepper, oregano, baking powder, and milk. Mix well.
Combine all ingredients: Add the strips of ham, the cheese, and the strips of Arabic pie to the egg mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Cook the omelette: Transfer the mixture to the pan with the sautéed peppers. Let the bottom of the omelette take color, then transfer to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F). Bake for 15 minutes until cooked on top and browned inside.
Serve: Cut into six pieces for appetizers or four for a main dish and serve.
