  2. breadcrumbs - watch the video to see (optional)
  3. eggs - 6 (medium)
  4. red pepper - 1
  5. green pepper - 1
  6. sliced ham - 100 g
  7. olive oil - 3 tablespoons (extra virgin)
  8. dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  9. baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  10. whole milk - 100 g
  11. grated cheese mix - 150 g
  12. salt - to taste
  13. pepper - to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables: Cut the peppers into strips and sauté in a pan with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Prepare the egg mixture: In a bowl, break the eggs and add salt, pepper, oregano, baking powder, and milk. Mix well.
  3. Combine ingredients: Add the ham, cheese, and strips of Arabic pie to the egg mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Cook the omelet: Transfer the mixture to the pan with the sautéed peppers. Let the bottom take color, then transfer to a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 15 minutes.
