Ingredients

  1. coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
  2. mint leaves - 1/2 bunch
  3. ginger - 1/2 thumb-sized piece (grated)
  4. tamarind puree - 1.5 tbsp
  5. pani puri masala or chaat masala - 1 tsp
  6. hing (asafoetida) - 1/2 tsp
  7. ground cumin - 1 tsp
  8. salt - 1 tsp
  9. boondi - a handful (for garnish)
  10. water - 400ml
  11. ice - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: Combine everything except the boondi in a blender with 200ml water and blend until smooth.
  2. Finish and Serve: Transfer the sauce to a bowl with 1 cup of ice and an additional 200ml of water, then garnish with the boondi.
