  8. water - 100g
  9. salt - to taste
  10. pepper - to taste
  11. hard flour - 400g
  12. dry yeast - 1 teaspoon
  13. tomato - 1
  14. green pepper - 1
  15. olives - 50g
  16. fasting grated cheese - 200g
  17. fasting white cheese - 200g

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tomato sauce: Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil, then add salt, pepper, sugar, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, water, and dried oregano. Cook for 10-15 minutes until thick.
  2. Make the dough: Mix water, yeast, and sugar. Add olive oil, salt, and hard flour. Knead until smooth. Let it rise until doubled.
  3. Assemble the pizza: Roll out the dough, spread tomato sauce, add toppings (onion, tomato, green pepper, olives, cheeses), drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle oregano, and bake.
  4. Bake: Preheat oven to 200°C. Bake for 20-30 minutes until crispy and golden.
