Instructions

  1. Season Beef: Season the beef fillets all over and set aside.
  2. Prepare Pancake: Make a pancake using a small pan or mold to give it a good shape.
  3. Blanch Spinach: Blanch the spinach just to remove the rawness.
  4. Layer Duck Cell: Place the blanched spinach on the pancake, followed by a layer of duck cell, pressing it down to shape.
