Instructions
Prepare Yogurt Sauce: Whisk the yogurt with cornstarch before putting it on the fire.
Fry Garlic and Coriander: Fry the garlic and coriander in butter. Do not overcook to maintain the color of the coriander.
Cook Yogurt Sauce: Put the milk on the fire and stir continuously until it boils.
Add Shish Barak: Once the yogurt sauce is boiling, add the shish barak dumplings and the fried garlic and coriander. Cook until the dumplings are done. Season with a little salt.
