Ingredients

  2. starch - 1.5 tablespoons (cornstarch)
  3. garlic - watch the video to see (crushed)
  4. green coriander - watch the video to see (chopped)
  5. butter - 1 small tablespoon (small tablespoon)
  6. salt - to taste (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Yogurt Sauce: Whisk the yogurt with cornstarch before putting it on the fire.
  2. Fry Garlic and Coriander: Fry the garlic and coriander in butter. Do not overcook to maintain the color of the coriander.
  3. Cook Yogurt Sauce: Put the milk on the fire and stir continuously until it boils.
  4. Add Shish Barak: Once the yogurt sauce is boiling, add the shish barak dumplings and the fried garlic and coriander. Cook until the dumplings are done. Season with a little salt.
