Instructions
Prepare Ingredients: Remove husks from tomatillos, cut jalapeno and garlic, chop onion, juice lime, chop cilantro including stems, and prepare avocado.
Blend Ingredients: Start by blending tomatillos, jalapeno, garlic, onion, lime juice, cilantro, and avocado with a bit of salt and water. Adjust water and salt as needed.
Adjust Consistency and Flavor: Blend until achieving a buttery, creamy, and fluffy consistency. Taste and adjust for spiciness and seasoning.
