- bell pepper - 1
- habaneros - 7
- cayenne pepper - 5
- onion - 1
- tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
- extra virgin olive oil - 1/2 deciliter
- paprika - 1 tablespoon
- black pepper - 1 tablespoon
- salt - 3 teaspoons
- garlic - 5 (cloves)
- lemon juice - 1/2 deciliter (freshly squeezed)
- vinegar - 1/2 deciliter
- soy sauce - 1/2 deciliter
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Prepare all ingredients except for lemon juice, soy sauce, and vinegar.
- Air Fry: Place the ingredients in the air fryer basket. Cook for 18 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, stirring halfway through. Repeat for another 18 minutes.
- Blend: Blend the contents from the air fryer finely together with lemon juice, soy sauce, and vinegar.
- Bottle and Store: Pour the chili sauce into bottles or jars and store in the refrigerator.
