  2. 00 flour - 100 grams
  3. water - 50-100 ml (adjust based on dough consistency)
  4. dry yeast - 5 grams

Instructions

  1. Prepare Dough: Mix pizza dough with flour, water, and yeast. Blend cooked beets (and radicchio for more color) with water and mix into the dough.
  2. Form Dough: After mixing, form the dough into a ball, coat lightly with olive oil, and let it rest.
  3. Bake: After resting, prepare the dough on a pan with olive oil and bake at 280°C until done.
