Instructions

  1. Season the Salmon: Season both sides of the salmon fillets with white pepper.
  2. Coat the Salmon: Coat the salmon fillets first with a layer of beaten egg, then with a layer of cornstarch.
  3. Prepare for Frying: Heat a wok with some oil over medium heat until the oil starts to simmer.
