Instructions

  1. Prepare the Polish: Mix 300g of water, 300g of flour, 5g of rice, and 5g of honey.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing machine, add the polish, 400g of cold water, 700g of 00 flour, and mix.
  3. Add Salt: Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the mixture.
  4. Add Olive Oil: Carefully add a bit of olive oil to the mixture.
  5. Mix Until Smooth: Mix until the dough absorbs all the water and becomes smooth.
  6. Let the Dough Rest: Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes at room temperature.
  7. Form Dough Balls: Cut the dough and form it into balls, then let them rest at room temperature for 2 hours.
  8. Prepare for Pizza Making: After resting, the dough is ready to be stretched and topped for making pizza.
