  2. water - 140ml
  3. salt - 15g

Instructions

  1. Sift Flour: Sift the flour into a bowl.
  2. Dissolve Salt in Water: Dissolve the salt in water and mix it into the flour.
  3. Knead the Dough: Knead the flour mixture to make it into dough.
  4. Step on the Dough: Put the dough in a bag and step on it to flatten. Repeat the folding and stepping process several times for better texture.
  5. Rest the Dough: Let the dough rest for about an hour.
  6. Cut into Noodles: Flatten the dough, coat with flour, fold it, and cut it into noodles. Alternatively, use a pasta machine.
