  5. salt - to taste (to taste)
  6. water - 1/2 cup (to loosen sauce)

Instructions

  1. Fry Garlic: Crush six garlic cloves and fry them lightly in a pan to release their aroma.
  2. Add Tomatoes and Sugar: Add two tins of peeled or crushed tomatoes and one tablespoon of brown sugar to the pan.
  3. Season Sauce: Add a generous amount of black pepper and salt to taste.
