Ingredients

  1. minced meat (veal or beef) - 1 kilogram
  2. onions - 2 (finely chopped)
  3. oil - 2 tablespoons
  4. cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  5. sugar - 1 teaspoon
  6. salt - 1 teaspoon
  7. coriander - 1 tablespoon
  8. cumin - 1 tablespoon
  9. black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  10. parsley - 1/2 bunch (half a bunch)
  11. lemon juice - 1/2 lemon (from half a lemon)
  12. meatballs - 1/2 bunch (half a bunch, optional)

Instructions

  1. Sauté Onions: In a pan, add oil and sauté onions for two minutes without letting them take on color.
  2. Cook Minced Meat: Add minced meat to the pan and cook until it begins to change color. Shred the meat well.
  3. Add Spices: Add all the spices and stir well, letting the meat absorb the spices. Add lemon juice.
  4. Cool and Add Parsley: Let the meat cool completely before adding parsley and optional meatballs. Mix well.
