  2. ground beef - 300 g
  3. egg - 1
  4. onion powder - 1 tsp
  5. garlic powder - 1 tsp
  6. salt - 1 tsp
  7. black pepper - 1 tsp
  8. paprika - 1 tsp
  9. cumin - 1 tsp
  10. ketchup - 2-3 tbsp (for the sauce)
  11. chicken stock - 2-3 dl (for the sauce)
  12. salt - 1 tsp (for the sauce)
  13. black pepper - 1 tsp (for the sauce)
  14. garlic - 1 clove (finely grated, for the sauce)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meat: Mix ground beef, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Make the Sauce: Combine ketchup, chicken stock, salt, black pepper, and finely grated garlic in a small saucepan. Keep it warm.
  3. Cook the Burgers: Form patties from the meat mixture and fry them.
  4. Assemble the Burgers: Place the cooked patties in the burger buns and dip them generously in the sauce.
  5. Steam the Burgers: Steam the burgers in a steamer for 3-5 minutes and serve immediately. Be careful, they will be very hot!
