Ingredients

  1. pistachios - 150 g (150 grams)
  2. water - 1/3 cup + as required (for boiling pistachios and blending, about 1/3 cup plus as required)
  3. white chocolate - 60 g (melted, 60 grams)
  4. butter - 1.5 tbsp (melted, 1 1/2 tablespoons)
  5. powdered sugar - 1.5 tbsp (1 1/2 tablespoons or to taste)
  6. pistachio essence - 2 drops (2 drops or as required)
  7. instant coffee - 2 tsp (2 teaspoons)
  8. hot water - 1/3 cup (1/3 cup for coffee preparation)
  9. prepared pistachio cream - 1/4 cup (1/4 cup for assembling)
  10. ice cubes - watch the video to see (as needed)
  11. sweetened full cream milk - 1/2 cup (1/2 cup)
  12. prepared coffee - 2-3 tbsp (2-3 tablespoons for assembling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pistachio Cream: In a saucepan, add water and pistachios and bring to a boil. Boil on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Strain and pat dry with a kitchen towel, then remove the pistachio skins. In a blender jug, add pistachios and gradually add water, blend well to make a thick paste. Add melted white chocolate, melted butter, powdered sugar, and blend again until smooth. Add pistachio essence and mix well. The pistachio cream is ready and can be stored in an airtight bottle in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  2. Prepare Coffee: In a small jug, add hot water and instant coffee. Mix well until dissolved and set aside.
  3. Assemble the Latte: In a serving glass, add prepared pistachio cream, ice cubes, sweetened full cream milk, and prepared coffee. Stir well and serve immediately.
