Beat the summer heat with this cool and creamy Iced Pistachio Latte – your perfect refreshing sip of the season! #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #digitalammi Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/48qR91Z Serves 4-5 Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Pistachio Cream: -Water as required -Pista (Pistachios) 150g -Water 1/3 Cup or as required -White chocolate melted 60g -Makhan (Butter) melted 1 & ½ tbs -Sugar powdered 1 & ½ tbs or to taste -Pistachio essence 2 drops or as required Prepare Coffee: -Hot water 1/3 Cup -Instant coffee 2 tsp Assembling: -Prepared pistachio cream ¼ Cup -Ice cubes -Sweetened full cream milk ½ Cup -Prepared coffee 2-3 tbs Directions: Prepare Pistachio Cream: -In a saucepan,add water,pistachios,bring it to boil & boil on low flame for 3-4 minutes. -Strain & pat dry with kitchen towel & remove its skin. -In blender jug,add pistachios,gradually add water & blend well to make a thick paste. -Add white chocolate,butter,sugar powdered & blend well. -Add pistachio essence & mix well.Pistachio cream is ready! -Can be stored in an airtight bottle for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator. Prepare Coffee: -In a small jug,add hot water,instant coffee,mix well & set aside. Assembling: -In a serving glass,add prepared pistachio cream,ice cubes,sweetened full cream milk,prepared dissolved coffee,stir & serve!
