instant coffee - 1 tablespoon (to dissolve in hot water)
milk - 1 cup (for milk mixture)
cream - 1/2 cup (room temperature)
condensed milk - 5 tablespoons (or to taste)
ice cubes - watch the video to see (as required for assembling)
Instructions
Prepare Mango Puree: In a blending jug, add mango cubes and blend well to make a smooth puree. Set aside.
Dissolve Coffee: In a small cup, add hot water and instant coffee. Mix well until coffee is dissolved. Set aside.
Make Milk Mixture: In a saucepan, add milk, cream, and condensed milk. Mix well and bring to a boil. Then let it cool.
Assemble the Latte: In a glass, add 2-3 tablespoons of mango puree, ice cubes as required, 1/2 cup of the prepared milk mixture, and 2 tablespoons of dissolved coffee. Mix well and serve immediately.
