Instructions
Prepare the Steak: Lightly oil the chuck eye steak and season with a mixture of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Grill the Steak: Grill the steak, searing it for about 2-3 minutes on each side to achieve a good crust without burning. Flip and repeat on the other side. Grill the edges if thick. Once satisfied with the crust, move to indirect heat and cover until it reaches an internal temperature of 125°F. Give it a final quick sear on the hot coals before resting.
