  2. salt - 2 tsp
  3. garlic - 4 (cloves, minced)
  4. fresh herbs - 2 tsp (such as thyme and rosemary, finely chopped)
  5. black pepper - 2 tsp
  6. extra virgin olive oil - 4 tbsp
  7. soy sauce - 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Marinate Steak: Let the steak come to room temperature for 30 minutes. Then, marinate with salt, minced garlic, herbs, black pepper, olive oil, and soy sauce for another 30 minutes.
  2. First Fry: Cook the steak in the air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius for 16 minutes.
  3. Rest and Repeat: Let the steak rest for 16 minutes. Then, flip the steak and cook for another 16 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
  4. Final Rest: Let the steak rest again for 16 minutes before cutting into it.
