Instructions
Marinate Steak: Let the steak come to room temperature for 30 minutes. Then, marinate with salt, minced garlic, herbs, black pepper, olive oil, and soy sauce for another 30 minutes.
First Fry: Cook the steak in the air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius for 16 minutes.
Rest and Repeat: Let the steak rest for 16 minutes. Then, flip the steak and cook for another 16 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Final Rest: Let the steak rest again for 16 minutes before cutting into it.
