  5. peanut powder - 2 tbsp (adds protein and flavor)
  6. almond milk - 1/2 cup (can substitute with regular milk or water)

Instructions

  1. Add fruits to blender: Place the banana, frozen apple slices, frozen strawberries, and frozen blueberries into the blender cup.
  2. Add peanut powder: Add 2 tablespoons of peanut powder to the blender.
  3. Add liquid: Pour in half a cup of almond milk (or substitute with regular milk or water). Avoid adding too much liquid.
  4. Blend smoothie: Secure the blade holder and twist to lock the blender cup onto the base. Blend for up to 60 seconds until smooth.
