Ingredients

  1. Mango cubes - 1 cup (1 cup or as required)
  2. Water - watch the video to see (as required for boiling tapioca sago)
  3. Tapioca sago (Sagudana) - 1/3 cup (1/3 cup or as required)
  4. Condensed milk - 2 tbsp (2 tablespoons)
  5. Mango chunks - watch the video to see (as required for assembling)
  6. Ice cubes - watch the video to see (as required)
  7. Milk (chilled) - 1 cup (1 cup)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Mango Puree: In a blending jug, add mango cubes and blend well to make a puree. Set aside.
  2. Cook Tapioca Sago: In a saucepan, add water and bring it to a boil. Add tapioca sago, mix well, and cook on medium flame for 12-15 minutes or until the sago becomes transparent. Then strain, rinse with water, and set aside.
  3. Assemble the Drink: In a glass bottle or glass, add 2-3 tablespoons of prepared mango puree, 2 tablespoons of boiled tapioca sago, condensed milk, mango chunks, ice cubes, and chilled milk. Stir well and serve immediately.
