Ingredients

  1. lamb dark stew - 900 g (cut into pieces)
  2. olive oil - 4 tablespoons (for frying)
  3. unsalted butter - 2 tablespoons (to be added later)
  4. lemons - 2 (juiced)
  5. dried oregano - 2 tablespoons (for seasoning)

  8. Artopoulos corn souvlaki pies - 4 (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Lamb: Cut the lamb into small pieces and keep it fresh.
  2. Heat the Pans: Heat two pans on high heat without overcrowding.
  3. Cook the Lamb: Add half the lamb to one pan and half to the other, cooking until caramelized.
  4. Add Ingredients: Add olive oil and salt to the lamb, stirring to mix.
  5. Finish Cooking: Once the lamb is cooked, add butter and lemon juice, followed by oregano.
  6. Prepare the Pies: In the same pans, add the corn souvlaki pies to absorb the juices.
  7. Serve: Plate the stew with the pies and garnish with fresh oregano leaves.
