Ingredients

  1. cuttlefish - 1 kg
  2. cleaned lettuce - 700 g
  3. onion - 1
  4. spring onions - 4
  5. olive oil - 4-5 tablespoons
  6. white wine - 100 g
  7. water - 500 g
  8. vegetable cube - 1 (Knorr)
  9. corn flour - 2 teaspoons
  10. lemons - 2 (zest and juice)
  11. dill - 1/4 bunch
  12. salt - to taste
  13. pepper - to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare cuttlefish: Cut the cuttlefish into slices. Sauté in a pan with olive oil.
  2. Add aromatics: Add chopped onion and spring onions to the pan. Deglaze with white wine.
  3. Simmer: Add water and the vegetable cube. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Add greens: Add the cleaned lettuce to the pot, cover, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Thicken the sauce: Prepare a mixture of corn flour, lemon zest, and juice, and dill. Add to the pot, mix, and cook for 2 more minutes.
