  6. beef knuckle cubes - 3 (for marinade)
  7. olive oil - 100 g (for marinade)
  8. white wine vinegar - 100 g (for marinade)
  9. garlic - 4 (cloves)
  10. plain mustard - 100 g (for marinade)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade: Blend garlic, olive oil, vinegar, rosemary, and beef knuckle cubes until smooth.
  2. Marinate the lamb: Pour the marinade over the lamb pieces and let it sit.
  3. Prepare vegetables: Cut onions and peppers into large pieces.
  4. Add mustard: Mix mustard into the marinated lamb.
  5. Skewer the lamb: Thread lamb and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between meat and vegetables.
  6. Bake: Transfer skewers to a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for 2.5 hours, covered.
  7. Serve: Serve with pitas, tzatziki, fries, and lemon slices.
