Instructions

  2. Make Minionette Sauce: Combine red wine vinegar, finely chopped shallot, and black pepper. Let it sit.

  4. Shuck Oysters: Carefully shuck the oysters and remove any shell fragments.
  5. Cook Lobster: Boil the lobster in water for about 10 minutes.
