Instructions

  1. Prep Ingredients: Separate the spinach stems from the leaves. Cut the tofu and carrot into pieces.
  2. Marinate Pork: Cut the pork across the grain and marinate with oyster sauce, white pepper powder, corn starch, and water.
  3. Cook Soup: Pour chicken stock and water into a pot. Once it boils, add oil, tofu, and carrot. Bring to a boil again and season with salt. Then add the spinach and cook for about a minute before adding the pork.
