Instructions

  1. Prepare Wontons: Boil wontons for 4-5 minutes on medium heat until they're floating. Place them in a bowl and toss with oil.
  2. Cook Noodles: Cook noodles on high for about 45 seconds and drain. Dunk them into cold water, then briefly dip them back into boiling water and transfer to a bowl.
  3. Make Broth: Mix the noodles with oil. Add the wontons to the pot. Add oil, salt, and sugar. When the pot returns to a boil, add bok choy. Stir in the shrimp and turn off the heat. Season with chicken powder, fish sauce, light soy sauce, and white pepper. Transfer everything to the bowl of noodles.
