Instructions
Cook Basmati Rice: Firstly cook basmati rice and keep aside.
Prepare Tempering: Heat coconut oil in a pan, add red chillies, chana dal, cashew nuts, urad dal, and saute it.
Add Spices and Coconut: Add raisins, green chillies, curry leaves, and mix. Now add grated coconut powder, some salt, pinch of sugar, cooked basmati rice and mix it nicely.
