Chop Ingredients: In a food chopper, add garlic, shallots, red Thai chili, curly red chili, and lime leaf. Blend until finely chopped.
Sauté Ingredients: Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped ingredients, and sauté on low heat until fragrant and moisture evaporates.
