Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, add boneless chicken cubes. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder, salt, black pepper powder, and crushed black peppercorns. Mix well.
  2. Coat the chicken: Add corn flour and an egg to the marinated chicken. Mix thoroughly until chicken pieces are well coated.
  3. Deep fry the chicken: Heat oil for deep frying. Fry the coated chicken pieces in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 2 minutes on fairly high heat. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. Prepare the sauce: In a separate pan, heat oil. Add cumin seeds and curry leaves. Add red chilli paste, chili garlic sauce, and whole black peppercorns. Sauté well.
  5. Add vegetables: Add cubed green and red bell peppers to the pan. Cook for a while until slightly tender.
  6. Toss chicken in sauce: Add the fried chicken pieces to the pan. Add salt and lemon juice. Toss everything together well to coat the chicken with the sauce.
  7. Serve: Serve the crispy, spicy Chicken 65 hot as an appetizer or snack.
