Instructions

  1. Prepare the meat: Slice turkey breast into very thin layers.
  2. Mix marinade: In a bowl, combine suya spice, olive oil, seasoning powder, and minced onions.
  3. Marinate meat: Add the sliced turkey breast to the spice mixture and rub thoroughly to coat the meat evenly.
  4. Skewer the meat: Apply oil to skewers to prevent sticking. Thread the marinated turkey slices onto the skewers gradually.
  5. Add finishing spice: Sprinkle additional suya spice on top of the skewered meat for a crispy finish.
  6. Marinate: Allow the skewered meat to marinate for about 1 hour.
