Ingredients

  1. whole eggs - 7 (break in a bowl)
  2. salt - watch the video to see (to taste)
  3. oil - ½ teaspoon (for greasing)
  4. garlic cloves - 7-8 (finely chopped)
  5. water - 2 tbsp (as required)
  6. black peppercorns - ½ teaspoon (crushed)
  7. fresh cream - 3 tbsp (optional)
  8. tender coriander stems - ½ teaspoon (finely chopped)
  9. fresh coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  10. prepared garlic sauce - 2 tbsp (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Egg Mixture: Break the eggs in a bowl, add salt and oil, whisk well, and set aside.
  2. Steam Eggs: In a pan, add water. Grease a small bowl with oil, pour in the egg mixture, sprinkle with spring onion and green chili, cover, and steam for 7-8 minutes.
  3. Prepare Garlic Sauce: Blend garlic, water, and oil until smooth, gradually adding oil.
  4. Saute Garlic: In a pan, heat oil and butter, add garlic, salt, and sugar, and cook until golden.
  5. Combine Ingredients: In a pan, add remaining sauteed garlic, water, cooked eggs, black pepper, salt, and cream, and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Serve: Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with coriander sprig, and serve hot.
